By completing the Survey, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- All entrants must be at least 18 years old and residents of the European continent.
- To qualify for the Travel Voucher, a booking must be made with YOLO Travel for travel between March 2025 and December 2025. Booking must be a minimum of £3000.
- If applicants complete the survey, the bookings will automatically be entered into the draw.
- Promoter employees and families of employees are not permitted to enter. If an employee’s family member is drawn, they will be disqualified, and a new winner will be selected.
- A package holiday is determined as any holiday organised with Yolo Travel via the listed channels: online, directly, with a Personal Travel Consultant, or via social media with arrangements for transport and accommodation made at an inclusive price.
- Prize: 1 x £1000.00 Travel voucher toward payment of booking.
- The winner will be randomly drawn from eligible entries on Friday 28th February 2025. Yolo Travel will contact the winners by telephone, and winner details will be visible on PureLife Travel’s Facebook and Twitter accounts.
- The winner will have five (5) calendar days from receipt of the winning notification to:
- Acknowledge the Prize via the instructions in the notification;
- Provide a valid ID in the form of a passport or driver’s license; and
- Confirm they wish to accept the Prize.
- If a winner does not respond within 5 calendar days of notification, another winner will be selected randomly from the remaining entries.
- The Promoter’s winner announcement is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
- The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
- The Promoter shall not be responsible for damages, losses, or liabilities of any kind, including, without limitation, direct or consequential loss or damages arising out of or concerning the prize draw. Nothing in this condition shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury due to the Promoter’s negligence or for any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentations committed by the Promoter.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions with or without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without liability to any entrant.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete survey entries due to a technical fault from either party’s side.
- Winners may be asked to participate in unpaid publicity.
- Winners must comply with holiday destination entry regulations, including visa requirements.
- The Promoter is not responsible for costs or organisation associated with travel and transfer arrangements. Travel insurance, pick up from home address, airport hotel stay and/or car parking expenses are omitted.
- The laws of England and Wales govern this offer and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
- If any of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
